Business can open a business account on www.swiftee.co.uk/business - those info we keep, which is the Company name, contact number, email address and postcode.
4.2; Customer App.
Customer can download the app and create a profile on www.swiftee.co.uk/app - those info gets saved, which is the full name, contact number and email address.
4.3; Job information.
All jobs gets saved, to help future bookings of same customer book faster, such as the pickup and drop off address and instructions for the driver or any contact numbers for the driver to call, entered by the dispatcher over the phone or by the customer via the customer App/web booker.
4.4; Credit/Debit card.
When user add a debit or credit card in his payment method on the App or web booker, this card will be saved in Stripe which is regulated with GDPR. You can remove the card at any time.
4.5; Direct Debit.
When a business opens a business account and sets up a Direct Debit, those details will be with GoCardless which is regulated with GDPR. You can cancel the DD at any time.
4.6; Drivers application.
Drivers apply to become a self employed contractor via www.swiftee.co.uk/apply we require the full name, email address, phone number, home address, and profile picture. this information is being sent to us by email, and based on this information we decide if we can go forward with an interview.
4.7; Registering a driver.
Registering a driver to start accepting jobs, we will need to enter in our console additional information, such as: license details, All vehicle details, insurance details.
