Proof of Service

Swiftee has the right to capture a picture or video of the area at your home or office where ever you want the courier to collect from or deliver to. Pictures will always be taken in public and not in your private property.

The picture or video gets saved into our database for proof of delivery. You are allowed to request us to send you the picture/s. If for some reason there is no picture in our database then we will only be able to provide you with a signature. If there is no proof of delivery we will contact the courier who did this job and look into it.

Any notes provided to the company online or app by the customer for any job will be retained for proof of service request.

In case of no answer at the Receiver’s door and no delivery instructions:

The courier will call or message the Receiver, if unable to get through, the courier will then call the Sender. If both do not answer, the delivery will be left with a neighbour, who will give a signature. If there is no neighbour available to accept the delivery, the courier will then return the parcel to Sender, a charge will be added accordingly.
